Beauty programs



It’s possible to choose among beauty programs to tone your legs. An example are the lunge exercises, to train your buttocks and your thighs. The side exercises train the thighs external part, while the internal part is trained by closing your legs. The buttocks and quadriceps exercises train the thighs and buttocks back part. Every session lasts from 15 till 20 minutes, with breaks between one exercise and the other. These beauty programs for your legs must be repeated two or three times a week. If these exercises don’t promise you miracles, they’ll almost better your muscles tone after just a few days of regular training...just try!
